There’s nothing like having a blank canvas to transform in your home or garden! We were thrilled to see customer Patricia’s glorious Mediterranean patio makeover take shape using our tiles, and caught up with her to find out more.
We retired and moved to Dorset in 2019. The garden was a big blank space with only grass.
My husband built a shed/summer house and we have recently started the landscaping with a new path and patio.
We wanted light tiles with a contemporary Mediterranean feel. We had used Direct Tile Warehouse products before and being able to get samples was a big help as buying online without seeing the products is risky. We chose Magma Beige 50 x 50 for the patio.
We loved the tiles we chose and they were an excellent quality and price. Perfect for our Mediterranean patio makeover!
We had a young student to help us with the ground work and my husband did everything else. We love the finished results and it’s going to look even better when the path and planting are done.

Our gorgeous Magma porcelain floor tiles have a matt slate effect finish along with a slight colour and pattern variation between tiles for a natural look. They also have an R10 anti slip finish which gives them plenty of grip. As well as the beautiful beige shade Patricia has used, they are also available in anthracite, Ivory, and grey colourways.
