How to place an order with Direct Tile Warehouse

We are open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
When you are estimating quantities, please remember to over-order by up to 10% to allow for waste and having to cut whole tiles.
We recognise that customers will want to see samples of the tiles before going ahead with an order. If full tile samples or if more than 4 tile samples are required a charge may be made.
We accept payment by credit or debit card on line. If you prefer to contact the team we can also accept cheque, credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) and debit cards plus Bacs transfers. We do not charge any handling fee for credit and debit cards
Delivery - FREE on orders over £400 to England and Wales
We organise delivery to you, usually via a third party carrier. We will agree a delivery charge and date with you when you place your order.
If the order is for £100 or less (exclusive of VAT), you will have to pay for delivery.
If the order is for between £101 and £400 (exclusive of VAT) delivery will normally be £25 (exclusive of VAT)*.
In most circumstances if the order is for over £400 (exclusive of VAT) to England and Wales (as well as some areas of Scotland), we will pay the costs for standard delivery.
Standard delivery usually takes place within five working days after we receive payment for the tiles you are ordering. Standard delivery will be on normal weekdays between 8am and 5pm You pay extra for Saturday deliveries which take place between 8 am. and 12 noon.
Any delivery charges which you pay (e.g. on orders of £100 or less) will be what we are charged by the third party carrier; there will be no mark up.
* A few postcode areas in England and Scotland may incur an additional charge which we will advise you of prior to purchase. Unfortunately this is because we are charged a premium for delivery to a number of postcode areas by the third party carrier.
Special order tiles or out of stock tiles
On rare occasions we may be out of stock of the items you order. We will notify you of this situation when you place the order: Delivery in these circumstances may take up to 30 days. We will keep you informed by e-mail.
